HR Cruises

Sail on the high seas with your HR Colleaguesl

Carol Skoglund

"A Financial Wellness Journey"

Learning Objectives:

    1. Integrating financial wellness into your overall health & wellness strategy - why it matters.
    2. Communication/engagement strategies – a few case studies.
    3. Benefits education - rather than take a benefits-centric approach, see it through the employee’s eyes and organize education opportunities that will provide better decision support. An example we’ll discuss: combining HSA and 401(k) education to help optimize participation in both benefits.
    4. Introduce the ADKAR Model as a communication framework – enabling you to communicate more effectively and change behavior.

Session Description:

Financial wellness is a broad term that is often described as a top priority within HR organizations. Learn what other organizations are doing to integrate financial wellness into an overall health & wellness strategy and what you can do to improve outcomes. The session will include case studies and encourage discussion to facilitate learning that’s most relevant to you and your organization.
